I am always stumbling across these 30 day challenges on Pinterest, instagram etc and have always wanted to take part in one but I never seem to find one that is quite how I would like it to be.
I like the idea of having a whole month to make small baby steps towards what will hopefully become a life changing outcome.
There are things I’ve always wanted to do and know I should do but I never be able to find the time (excuses!)
I’m hoping that by setting myself this challenge and posting daily about it on social media throughout September that it will be harder to ‘let myself down’ as it were.
Most of these thing will only take 20-30 minutes, some will take less time and others will take more…
I’m also going to give myself room to swap days around. For example the 13th might have to be a pjs and boxset day if I’m off work so I could swap it with the 10th and do the quick workout that day instead.
As long as I have everything on this list completed by the end of the month I’ll be a very happy girl. And hopefully will have gained some new (good) habits that will stay with me long after the challenge has finished!
So here it it! My personalised 30 day challenge which I will be starting on September 1st!
